The Joker will soon be played by this iconic actor
The Joker is often associated with several personalities on the big screen. We can cite Jack Nicholson, Heath Ledger or even Joaquin Phoenix. But very few think about the voice of the villain which is often portrayed by Mark Hamill. Best known for playing Luke Skywalker in the saga Star Warsthe actor is also the voice of the Joker in the famous Batman Arkham video game series, but also in the animated series Batman And The Justice League.
He returns to the forefront in 2024 with the game MultiVersus. Concocted by Warner Bros Games, the studio announced today that the Joker will be part of the roster of this fighting game and that Mark Hamill will be responsible for lending him his voice. This is big news since the actor declared in 2011 that he was withdrawing from competition as the Joker's voice actor after the video game. Batman: Arkham City.
In the cinematic trailer revealing the Joker, we cannot see any gameplay images.
